Dear Friends,

Already we are at the AGM  but the pace doesn’t slack for the winter months, we’ve had so much happen “i.e.” coffee morning and church dinner both of which were well attended and the church benefited to the combined tune of almost £500.00 also we lost a very large tree that stood by the side of the church and when it fell it couldn’t had fallen in a better place thank god nobody was hurt it was cleared in record time and by the time I saw it there was only the root left.
Over the Christmas shut down we had the new carpet laid and judging by your comments it meets with your approval
On sat 17th Feb. I was on the interfaith coach to Wallsingham there were 6 from the church and it was well worth going we all enjoyed the trip it was a first for me as I’ve never been there before.
As you know I’ve been to Egypt to see the progress on the clinic well it’s very slow and the task is much bigger than I thought, there are sadly many more children with cerebral palsy it is quite common in the villages with a poor birth rate so the clinic is so vital in helping so many, I can only thank you all who have supported our efforts.
The web-site for the church is up and running see bottom of page for web-address it will be updated from time to time.
Finally it is with sadness that I attended the funeral of our dear friend Jeanette Turner on Tuesday 13th February I’m sure you will all join me in extending our condolences to Jim and his family at this sad time. A memorial service will take place for Jeanette in the church on Sunday 1st April at
6.30pm all are welcome to attend

 Richard
